Genetics Domain Pack — ψ-stack for variant analysis

ψ-stack configuration for genomics and multi-omics research. Encodes genes, variants and pathways as ψ-patterns to support nuanced, context-aware retrieval.

Genetics Domain Pack

Configure the ψ-stack for genomics literature, variant interpretation, and multi-omics research. Make genetic nomenclature and study constraints first-class signals — then surface the right gene–variant–phenotype links, pathway context, and supporting evidence without collapsing meaning.

In genomics, retrieval errors propagate. Miss a critical paper, lose a qualifier, or flatten uncertainty — and downstream analysis drifts. This pack is built to keep those “meaning switches” visible, so evidence review stays precise and defensible across large bodies of genomic and omics material.

Available as an add-on to EchoThesis and ResonanceDB.

Capabilities

This pack doesn’t replace your data or analysis tools. It configures how the ψ-stack encodes and retrieves genetics-focused material so key entities and stated relations behave as first-class signals in search and review.

Genomic vocabulary

Encode gene symbols, transcript identifiers, protein products, and variant notation as they appear in real sources (including common forms such as HGVS expressions and dbSNP IDs). Preserve how papers state relationships — association, directionality, regulation — with negation, qualifiers, and uncertainty intact.

Variant interpretation workflows

Navigate evidence around functional annotations, reported classifications, cohort summaries, and population signals. Pull together documents that discuss the same variant patterns and claims, so you can compare strength, scope, and counter-evidence side-by-side instead of hunting across tabs.

Multi-omics context

Connect genomics sources with transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic context when it’s available. Surface related hypotheses and supporting signals across modalities, so cross-domain evidence becomes a retrieval outcome — not manual stitching.

Deployment

Enable the Genetics Domain Pack in EvaCortex Lab cloud deployments, or deploy it on-prem / in a private VPC alongside your existing genomics and omics pipelines. Extend it with custom curation to cover proprietary reference resources, internal cohorts, and organisation-specific terminology — then keep retrieval behaviour stable as your corpus grows.
